Up to €110 per participant and event, the cost of a company event is not taxable income for your employees, as long as everyone in the company or department may take part. Source
This applies to up to two company events a year. Source
All costs count, VAT included: venue, food, drinks and travel. Prices quoted plus VAT therefore count at their gross amount. Costs for companions are attributed to the employee. Source
